Paini Taps

Founded in 1954 as a small craft-based factory, Paini has grown over the past 50 years into one of the leading companies in its industry. By the end of the 1960s, it had evolved into a small company, and in 1972, it became a joint-stock company. As the company expanded, it was necessary to build a more modern and equipped plant alongside the original facility. The 1980s marked a significant period of growth for Paini, especially with the introduction of the mixer, which contributed to the company's success. Today, Paini operates on a 100,000 square metre area, with 70,000 square metres covered, employing 390 specialised staff.

Paini is committed to fostering a highly skilled workforce, offering in-house training and refresher courses, along with providing opportunities for students from technical and commercial institutes to gain hands-on experience. The company manufactures a wide range of products, including taps, mixers, bathroom accessories, and products for the shipbuilding, kitchen, bath, and shower industries. With an annual production of four million pieces, Paini ensures that every product meets the highest technical, regulatory, and legal standards. Each raw material used in production is accompanied by EN 10204 control documents to guarantee its quality.

Research and development play a crucial role at Paini, supported by a dedicated R&D department equipped with advanced test benches and devices for mechanical, chemical, and functional analysis. The department conducts in-depth assessments to ensure that the products meet the highest standards. Paini's production process is entirely carried out in-house, utilising modern technological methods, such as multi-spindled machines, to ensure precision and efficiency. During every stage of production, quality checks are performed, with computerised systems in place to evaluate each product according to specific protocols.

To further enhance quality, Paini employs advanced techniques for final polishing, utilising both robotic systems and manual labour depending on the product's finish requirements. The company's chromium plating facility is one of the largest in the industry and ensures that each product adheres to international standards for chromium thickness. Additionally, Paini operates colouring plants that use both epoxidic powder and liquid, offering finishes with greater resistance than traditional methods. These state-of-the-art facilities contribute to the overall quality and durability of Paini's products.

Paini's commitment to quality is evident in its adherence to both European and international technical standards. The company ensures that its products meet the required technical-performance standards set by renowned international institutes. Some of Paini's products also come with certificates of conformity, confirming that they comply with national and international laws and regulations. With this focus on quality and innovation, Paini has built a reputation as a trusted leader in its field.
